Inking a drawing is one of my favorite techniques. Both of these sketches were drawn with pencil then inked with a fountain pen and black felt marker. Most fountain pen ink and marker inks are water soluble (Sharpe not included). When I finished my drawing I touched various parts with a tiny bit of water on the brush and watched what it would do.
