This quilt was made with a pieced 'wallpaper' background, appliqued vases and flower/leaf/stem embellishments. I used yarns, decorator fabrics and tulle for the foliage. I gave the blossoms 'lift' by inserting tulle behind them. Great, fun piece to work through. Machine quilted. (18.5" X 30.5")
