Wawona, Yosemite CA

Wawona has been a special family vacation spot for over 30 years.  We have always had pleasant days and fun activities at the Wawona Hotel, playing in the river and hiking.

One year it was just Tim and me.  He played his guitar for hours and I painted.  It was an extra special time, so I made Tim this quilt in memory of it as an anniversary gift.  (15" X 12")

The following piece depicts the Wawona Bridge.  It  won a ribbon at the Orange County Fair 2010. (23" X 18.5")

Gibson Girl Fabric Portrait sold

One of my favorite portraits sold this weekend.  It is now part of Judy D.'s private collection.  Judy's appreciation for the piece was wonderfully expressed.  Thank you Judy.   (9X12)
