"Strong Heritage" to the Texas Quilt Museum Fall 2011!

I am delighted to have my fiber portrait named "Strong Heritage" shown at the Texas Quilt Museum.  It has been donated to raise funds for this wonderful new Museum which many visitors from the International Quilt Festival Houston and from Market will be touring. (13.5" X 18")

  4. I love your header of portraits and this piece. Your new piece is showing your signature of soft and subdue use of color. Your works express a very refreshing approach now days, when so much color seems to be thrown at us, forcibly grabbing our attention. I am pleasantly drawn to your work by my own will and find myself wanting to spend more time looking and taking in all the nuances. Mary Beth Kile
